Today we are going to start your day by deciding what is it you would like to FEEL and EXPERIENCE more of within the emotional scale below.
Also as you notice your mind wander throughout your day practice bringing your ATTENTION back to your INTENTION and breath. Schedule in a couple of 1min check in’s throughout your day today. In these moments you can pause, BREATHE and notice where your ATTENTION has been focused and how your body feels.
Asking .. "How do you feel .. are you here in the present, or in the future or past .. what is ONE THING you could do to ignite how you want to feel?"
For example your “flick the switch” ignition of what it is you desire to feel could be e.g. calm, then breathe deeply or hold something to ground your body; energised, get up and stretch or take a 5min walk or drink a glass of water; happy, listen to a song, take a 5min break to chat to a colleague or simply start smiling as you work.
