Her experience working directly with participants has given her valuable insight into the importance of matching the right person with the right home and supports.

In her role as WA Services Officer, Hannah works closely with participants, families, support coordinators, and providers to facilitate smooth placements and positive tenancy outcomes across Western Australia. She is known for her approachable, organised, and solutions focused approach, and is committed to delivering a high standard of service at every stage of the process.

🎉 SDA Residential Turns 1! 🎉

What an incredible milestone for our team. Celebrating our 1st Birthday as a business together in Sydney!

With our team spread right across the country - from New South Wales, Western Australia, Victoria, and Queensland. It was so valuable to come together in one place, reconnect, and reflect on everything we’ve achieved over the past year.

This trip wasn’t just about celebrating (although we definitely made time for that!) it was also about aligning our vision, strengthening our collaboration, and focusing on the exciting future ahead for SDA Residential. We spent time working closely as a team on our next big plans, ensuring we continue to grow, innovate, and deliver the best outcomes for those we support nationwide.

Of course, no team trip is complete without some fun along the way! From team dinners to exploring Taronga Zoo Sydney, it was the perfect balance of productivity and team bonding.

We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come in just one year and even more excited for what’s ahead. 🚀

🚨 We’re Hiring – WA Enrolment & Administration Officer 🚨

SDA Residential is looking for a highly organised and proactive Enrolment & Administration Officer to join our Western Australia team.

This full-time role is based in our Perth office and plays a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our SDA properties. You’ll be involved in administration, tenancy coordination, stakeholder communication, and compliance tracking -helping ensure smooth service delivery and positive outcomes for participants

📍 Perth (Mount Pleasant office, with occasional regional support)
💼 Full-time position

What we’re looking for:
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in property, NDIS, or disability services (desirable)
