If you’ve been thinking about a gentle ocean swim but don’t want to go alone, come and join us. We meet at The Bower on Tuesday mornings for an easy, social swim and a coffee afterwards.

All paces welcome – it’s about salty hair, fresh air and good company, not speed.

🌊 When the Ocean Has Other Plans

Manly was a little choppy this morning, so we traded the surf for the calm of the harbour nets and honestly, it was magic. Soft morning light, easy conversation, and that same sense of connection that always seems to find you when you’re near the water.

It’s a good reminder that even when conditions change, there’s always a way to swim, wander, and belong 💙

Dip & Coffee — Week 2 ☀️

A breezy morning at Fairy Bower — sunlight on the water, coffee in hand, and just four of us easing into the day. Some swam, some snorkelled, all left smiling. We spotted fish, a gentle grouper, cuttlefish and baby stingrays drifting by.

It’s never about how far you swim — just about showing up, taking a dip, and sharing a slow coffee by the sea. 🌊
