Macquarie Street Physiotherapy in the Sydney CBD is excited to announce a new exercise class for the management of osteoporosis. If you have been diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia by your GP or Endocrinologist this class could be right for you.

Classes will be small in size, up to 4 people with a trained physiotherapist providing tailored exercise for your specific needs.

Osteoporosis exercise classes have three main focuses:
1. Improving bone density through high level loading
2. Improving muscle strength and posture
3. Improving balance and coordination reducing the risk of falls
