I found yoga at a time when I didn’t believe that anything could ever change for me, yet through the physical practice of yoga, I found a place to connect with myself. I believe that Yoga has something to offer everyone, and I have experienced first hand emotional and physical well being that is possible through the practice of Yoga. Through my classes, I am committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive space for people from all walks of life to connect with others in a supportive, like minded environment. As a 200 hour Yoga Alliance registered practitioner with over ten years of personal practice and experimentation, I am committed to practicing safely, openly and compassionately. I combine my passion for wellness and positive lifestyles with both practical and theoretical knowledge to produce an experience that offers physical, emotional and spiritual benefits. I believe in the innate capacity for happiness in our lives and I am passionate about sharing this with my clients; through a variety of fluid poses and emphasis on the breath, creating a sense of dance-like flow that encourages positive and life affirming change - offering vitality, equanimity and improved flexibility in life; even after you roll up your mat!

Time flies when you’re having fun, and time has certainly flown! It certainly has been so much fun but, sadly, my UK trip is at an end but I am also excited to get back to Sydney life 🤸‍♀️

An evening swim, before the storm swept in. Summer in the Mountains is always gorgeous, and this year, the lake has been literally full to the brim.
Makes for a lovely swim almost anywhere, even right in town! 💦 I’m back in Sydney, dipping my toes back into every day life and missing my daily swims already. Started the year in my favourite place, took a whole week away from Sydney to really, truly slow down and take a rest.
