This season, we have been spending our Saturday afternoons looking after the Rouse Hill Rams Premier League and Reserve Grade sides! We have loved looking after the players pre game with massage and strapping, post game with ice baths and recovery and helping manage new and ongoing injuries.
We look forward to spending the rest of the season with you guys 💙🐏
