I absolutely love this recent newsletter article from Claudia, our Holistic Practitioner for Emotional and Nervous System Health. It's straight from her beautiful heart🫶✨

For over 6 months (yes, 6) I handed out business cards with the wrong phone number on them.

Not a tiny spelling mistake. My actual professional number was wrong.

When I realised — oh my. Confused. Horrified.

How could I have let this happen?
How many people tried to call and thought I was unprofessional?

The inner critic showed up fast. My tummy clenched.
There was shame… that familiar hot feeling.

But something else happened: I didn’t spiral.

I paused. I sat with the discomfort. Accepted the mistake. I tapped (thank you EFT), regulated my nervous system, and got curious.

Then I moved forward.

Last weekend, I made an 18” shamanic drum.

As I built it, the voice appeared:
“This isn’t symmetrical enough.”
“That knot isn’t good enough.”

The drum was fine.
But a part of me wasn’t.

It was never about the drum. It was about the part of me that believes what I create has to be perfect to be worthy.

Perfectionism isn’t just about high standards. It’s about protection.

It’s intelligent, and it’s exhausting.
Maybe you recognise yourself in that?

Nervous system work doesn’t just change how we think about things. It changes how they actually feel in the body.

If this feels familiar, I’d love to connect ✨

Many women don’t realise how vital vaginal health is — until something feels off.

Within your body is a remarkable ecosystem known as the vaginal microbiome. When balanced, it supports comfort, confidence, fertility, immune health and overall wellbeing.

At its core are beneficial bacteria called *Lactobacillus* — the natural “guardians” of the vaginal environment. They help maintain a healthy acidic pH, protect the vaginal lining, and prevent harmful bacteria from taking over.

When these protective bacteria decline, imbalance (dysbiosis) can occur — contributing to BV, thrush, UTIs, fertility challenges and even pregnancy complications.

What many women don’t realise is that stress plays a significant role. Elevated cortisol can reduce the nutrients that feed beneficial bacteria, increasing the risk of imbalance. It often becomes a cycle — physical symptoms increasing emotional stress, and vice versa.

Supporting vaginal health isn’t just about treating infections. It’s about:
• Restoring beneficial bacteria
• Nourishing immune function
• Supporting the nervous system
• Addressing lifestyle factors that influence balance

Sometimes the smallest organisms in the body have the biggest impact.

And protecting them is a powerful way to protect your long-term health 🤍

In our March Newsletter, our meditation guru Eddie, speaks to us about Surrender ✨

Surrender isn’t giving up.
It isn’t becoming passive or indifferent.

It’s letting go of the need to control the outcome — while still taking steps toward what you desire.

So often we tell ourselves we’ll relax once we know the answer… once things feel certain.
But surrender is choosing peace now.
Finding steadiness in the present moment, even in uncertainty.

Trusting: whatever happens, I can meet it.
Perhaps whatever unfolds is here for my growth — not just my plans.

Less forcing. More flowing.
Less reacting. More responding.

Meditation gently guides us back to this place — calming the nervous system and anchoring us in presence, one breath at a time.

Are you ready for Rania's March Energy Update?

March 2026 is ALL about Love.
Not romantic love & not love from others.
But Self Love.

How you love yourself.
How you respect yourself.
How you care for your own energy.
This month is the mirror.

Whatever you are experiencing externally is showing you how you are treating yourself internally.

💗 Self Love Is NOT a Luxury — It Is a MUST

If you are feeling exhausted, drained, fatigued, overwhelmed, emotionally stretched —

STOP. Pause. Reset. Refuel.

Say to yourself: I will stop. I will respect myself.
When you respect you — others will too.
March is the month of Love + Respect. And it begins within.

🪞 The Mirror Effect

If you want more Love, more Respect, more stability — become it first.

Where am I over-giving?
Where am I not listening to my body?
Where am I abandoning myself?

Shift from doing… into BEING.
Being love. Being calm. Being grounded. Being stable.

🌿 Calm Is the New Strength

Old stress. Old chaos. Old drama. Old exhaustion.
They are ready to leave. Let them go.

👑 A Turning Point Energy

Overworking → Aligned action
Stress → Stability
Forcing → Flow
Seeking love → Being love

When you are grounded in love:
New opportunities. Financial growth. Recognition.
Doors opening. Blessings moving forward. Momentum building.

Anchor in self-worth first.

If this message resonates with you, this is your sign to deepen your reset, your healing and your alignment.

Relishing in touch is really about becoming familiar with the language of your body. It’s always communicating, through tension, softness, fatigue, ease. Yet so often we override it and push through.

Wellness begins when we slow down enough to listen. Tight shoulders might be asking for rest. Shallow breath might be signalling stress. Sometimes the body simply needs gentleness.

Touch — massage, stretching, warm oil on the skin, even a hand over your heart — brings you back into relationship with yourself. When you understand your body’s language, you stop fighting it and start partnering with it. And that’s where healing begins. 🤍

Talk to yourself like someone you love 🤍

The words you whisper inside matter. Your nervous system is always listening.

When you make a mistake, feel overwhelmed, or fall short of your own expectations, would you speak to a loved one the way you speak to yourself?

Softening your self-talk isn’t weakness. It’s regulation. It’s healing. It’s self-respect.

Try:
“I’m learning.”
“I’m allowed to rest.”
“I’m doing my best right now.”

You deserve your own kindness ✨

Sleeping separately doesn’t mean you’re disconnected. It can be a supportive wellness choice.

Quality sleep is when the body repairs, balances hormones, regulates mood, and strengthens immune function. If sharing a bed disrupts that — different schedules, movement, snoring, light — choosing separate sleep spaces can allow for deeper, more restorative rest.

And from a nervous system perspective, this matters.

When we’re sleep deprived, the nervous system shifts into a more reactive, stress-driven state. We’re quicker to snap, less patient, and more emotionally overwhelmed. Deep, uninterrupted sleep supports parasympathetic regulation — the “rest and restore” state — helping us feel calmer, safer, and more connected.

When your nervous system feels regulated:

✨ You respond instead of react
✨ You communicate more clearly
✨ You have greater emotional capacity
✨ Intimacy feels intentional, not strained

Connection isn’t defined by proximity during sleep. It’s built in the quality of your presence with each other.

Sometimes protecting your rest is one of the healthiest things you can do — for yourself and for your relationship. 🤍

In our newsletter this month, Robyn talks to us about sleep — and why it’s foundational to your health:

Sleep is when the body repairs itself. This is when your body restores energy, balances blood sugar, reduces inflammation, and supports immunity. Without enough quality sleep, recovery slows down — no matter how healthy your diet or how often you exercise.

During sleep, especially deep sleep, the body goes into repair mode:
Cells regenerate, muscles and tissues heal, hormones are regulated, and the immune system strengthens.

Sleep happens in cycles, and a good night’s sleep means moving smoothly through light sleep, deep sleep, and REM sleep multiple times.

Most adults need 7–9 hours per night but quality matters just as much as quantity. Eight hours of broken sleep doesn’t equal eight hours of restorative sleep.

Simple ways to improve sleep quality:
• Go to bed and wake at the same time each day
• Keep your bedroom cool, dark and quiet
• Reduce screen time and blue light at night
• Watch caffeine and alcohol
• Create a calming bedtime ritual

Natural supports like magnesium, melatonin, L-theanine and calming herbs may help but they work best alongside good sleep habits, not as a replacement.

Sleep isn’t a luxury — it’s a foundation.
Better days start with better nights 🌙

16/02/2026

Meditation and mindfulness practices support us to develop a less reactive way of being with life’s inevitable challenges. They don’t remove difficulty, but they do change how we meet it — with more steadiness, awareness, and choice.

One of the most helpful reminders is understanding the difference between what is out of our control and what is within our control.

What’s out of my control

The past
Timing
What other people think of me
Intrusive thoughts that show up
Other people’s reactions
Outcomes
The future
What’s in my control
Where I place my trust
How I respond to a trigger
Whether I pause or react
How I handle challenges
How I spend my time
How I interrupt a spiralling negative thought story
Where I place my focus and attention

When we anchor ourselves in what is within our control, we naturally feel more grounded and less overwhelmed. Our nervous system settles, our perspective widens, and we respond rather than react.

As always, a simple morning practice — even just 5–10 minutes before engaging with other people, emails, or your phone — can be a real game changer. It sets the tone for the day and creates space to meet whatever arises with more clarity and calm.

13/02/2026

In our newsletter this month, Claudia talks to us about boundaries:

Lately, my parents have been staying with me.
They’re in their seventies, visiting from France for a couple of months, and even though I love them very much, they know how to push my buttons better (and faster!) than anyone else.

There’s a quiet assumption that I’ll be available all the time. Conversations flow from one thing to the next, plans are discussed, re-discussed, then adjusted again. There’s very little pause, very little space — and somehow, I become the reference point for most decisions. Even how to peel a zucchini “the proper way” becomes a topic.

At first, I push through. I say yes. I ignore my body.
Until my neck tightens, my head starts to hurt, and I get irritable and resentful.
That’s usually the sign I’ve gone past my limits.

If boundaries feel hard — especially with family or people you care about — it’s not always a communication issue. Often, it can be a nervous system pattern.

That’s why telling ourselves to “just set better boundaries” often isn’t enough.

Because boundaries aren’t about pushing people away.
They’re about staying connected to yourself while staying in relationship.

And if they were easy with the people we love most, none of us would still be peeling zucchinis the “wrong” way 😉
