One of my personal favourites!

Strawberry, kale, and spinach detox smoothie.

Ingredients:

-1 1/2 cups of spinach
-1 1/2 cups of kale
-1 orange (peel removed)
-8-10 strawberries
-1 cup of pineapple or mango
-1/3 cup of greek yogurt
-1/4 cup water
-1 tablespoon of honey (optional)

Serves: 2 small serving or 1 large serving.
