Here's a small snapshot of an example customised return to dance plan following injury. Our Physiotherapists work collaboratively with your goals in mind as well as considering recovery time for your injury. Our plans tend to be milestone based to ensure you have adequate strength and control to progress your load and activity.

OS TRIGONUM
If you’re getting pain at the back of your ankle, it may be because you have an extra bone there! Most Os Trigonum’s are pain free, but they can cause you some pain when doing activities like pointing your foot at dancing or kicking a ball at soccer.

If you’ve got ankle pain, come and visit us in the clinic!
