We are looking for a proficient chiropractor who shares our passion for chiropractic care in supporting the health in our community. We are located in the beautiful beachside suburb of Terrigal, NSW & our beautiful health hub is called Align & Activate.

- Some experience in manual muscle testing techniques- AK, NET, TBM or keen interest to learn more.
- part-time or full-time hours available(20-35hrs/week)
- handing over a small patient base to build on as principle is cutting down hours
- training & mentorship available
- Base salary plus commissions
- immediate start is available

Just popping in to share an update about my recovery from shoulder surgery, and send warm wishes your way. I hope this festive season brings you joy, laughter, and special moments with your loved ones!

My surgery went incredibly well. Turns out, I had a large tear in my supraspinatus (part of the rotator cuff) flipped into the joint, causing issues like clunking, grinding, bursitis, and tendonitis. Thankfully, my surgeon found the actual joint in great shape, unfolded and reattached the muscle, removed the damaged bursa, and shaved a bit of bone.

The best part? I’ve had zero pain! I’ll be in a sling for three more weeks, starting active rehab in week five. Pre/post-surgery, I threw everything at healing—IV infusions, red-light therapy, and lots of icing. It’s been amazing!

As 2024 comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on the mix of highs and lows that make life beautiful—joy, challenges, lessons, and gratitude for it all.

Thank you for being part of my journey this year. Wishing you a wonderful holiday season, and I look forward to seeing you in January 2025!
