Join us on a 2 day weekend retreat in the beautiful Killcare Heights to be looked after and put your oxygen mask on first. We will be moving your body, discovering stillness in your mind, creating space and flow in your energetic being.
Over 2 days, we will guide you through nutritional and goal setting workshops, Meditations, Yoga, Pilates for Spine, hip mobility and upper back strength, Sound Baths, mindfulness techniques and Tai Chi.
Spaces are limited. 5 rooms are available for those who wish to stay overnight onsite. Dinner and breakfast also included in the overnight rate.
