💧 Emphasise hydration, both internally and externally, after sun, pool, or sea exposure
🫧 Moisturizing right after showering helps trap some of the water in your skin, keeping it hydrated. Avoid some ingredients in your bodywash, like synthetics perfumes, dyes, and harsh soaps like sodium lauryl sulphate as they may dry out your skin
🫧 Opt for a gentle cleanser. As a rule of thumb, if your skin feels tight after washing, it’s likely that the cleanser you are using has disrupted your skin barrier.

🌞 Sunscreen is just as important in the winter.
Everyone should use a broad-spectrum sunscreen that protects against both UVA and UVB rays and has at least SPF 30 protection.
