Specialising in injury management & prevention
Coaching services The domino effect is a chain reaction.

Dee Linehan has worked in injury management and prevention services as an occupational therapist for almost 13 years. Dee understands the hardships that come with life changes that may lead you unable to return to what you could do before and believes that everyone can find a way to focus on their "ability" and move forward. As with everything in life it comes with a clear passion as well as a commitment to action. Dee has completed a Master's degree in Injury management and rehabilitation and has combined this with her coaching learning to be able to offer a unique service that puts "you" in the driver's seat of your life. It occurs when a small change causes a similar change nearby, which then causes another similar change, and so on— just like a falling row of dominoes. Domino Effect Consultancy aims to 'effect' the same chain reaction for you. This may include:
better relationships
improved work outcomes
achieving personal goals
having a healthy and happy focus in your life. Whatever it is you want to achieve in your life or business, contact me today to set the 'wheels in motion' and take control of getting what you want! Services Offered include:

We'll go to the doctor when we feel flu-ish or a nagging pain. So why don’t we see a health professional when we feel emotional pain: guilt, loss, loneliness? Too many of us deal with common psychological-health issues on our own, says Guy Winch. But we don’t have to. He makes a compelling case to p...

Prayers and love for Paris, so much sadness today, it has touched all of us.

There has also been so much kindness and humanity shown in the midst of such loss. In that we stand together and it's important to remember kindness starts at home. What can we do better today?

Stay safe & be kind x

Looking forward to heading to Brisbane tomorrow to present to various industries on psychological stress. There's so much research in this area and yet it's still a common cause of injury and long term disability in Australia. Bottom line, self awareness and action is key. Love to chat further if your interested.

Situational Depression is very real, we all have or will experience it in different ways.

A really good question to ask yourself when you are feeling down and think you are depressed is :

"What am I depressing—what am I not dealing with in my life?”

Then make sure you talk to someone, it's completely normal.

These feelings exist in the lives of high-functioning people; people who you’d never suspect suffer from depression.

Had the privilege today of coaching a client with chronic depression. The key breakthrough and a great tip for everyone, is when you are feeling down, flat or having a bad day, you tend to want to hide, & you keep looking down. In looking down we connect with dark places.

So as hard as it may seem raise your head, look up. Look around you, make eye contact and your perception of the world will change immediately. The world is brighter looking up.
