Whilst I have had this for a little while (being initiated in 2025), I felt now the right time to put on here as we welcome in the fire horse year…of action, power, courage, rebirth & standing in our truth✨

2025 gave me my level 1 in Kriya Yoga (Himalayan Yoga & Breathwork), “Kriya” meaning liberation, returning us to our truth, remembering our divine Being. It is not the path of the typical asanas (postures) that modern society associates yoga to be. Instead it embodies all aspects, guiding us back home to our divine essence through our breath, our prana, our very life force 💫

As with Reiki, Kriya Yoga is a sacred, ancient practice that has existed for thousands of years, & it’s an honour to walk this path of sacred lineages, answering the call, a path I have walked previous lifetimes, coming back home to our divine essence, clarity, knowledge & wisdom ✨

It’s such a beautiful gift to have, & be able to share it with others, & indeed have been blessed to also teach it to one my best friends in the UK regularly too 🙏🏻

It’s so powerful & transformative, on all levels…physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually. It will also strip you bare, bringing up things you may not have dealt with & transmuting them, stripping you of all false layers that you are carrying, bringing you home to peace & bliss 💫

From a physical perspective alone, not only have I been able to help someone with a tooth infection heal without antibiotics, but for me, physically, it’s increased my fitness & endurance, healed knee pain, healed the skin on my hands from severe eczema (combined with Reiki - see pictures), & also increased my haemoglobin levels from 120/1 to 138…there’s so much more to share & unveil✨

Thank you, to my beautiful teacher & friend, Helen, founder of The Yogini Academy, for holding space, guiding me, walking this path with you. It truly is an honour, & forever blessed. 2026 will see me walk the path of level 2, releasing more that is not our divine essence, remembering who we truly are, our Being, & learning more beautiful Kriyas to further help others on every level of their path too💖💫✨

Reiki is an ancient practice that is non-invasive & natural, promoting healing in ways that simply cannot be explained ✨

Animals are more sensitive & open to energies than humans, as animals also do not have an ego to say something is not real 💫

So grateful to have been able to do distance Reiki healing for beautiful little Aspa & help her after she had 6 teeth taken out, & was refusing to eat or drink. Thank you to for trusting me to help Aspa ✨💖

Energy & therefore Reiki, does not have any boundaries with distance, & subsequently enables me to help so many around the world & country without having to physically be in the same location as them 💫

So grateful & blessed to be able to help others with my gifts in different ways. This was actually done last year, however I am now only sharing due to starting to fully embody my gifts & truth, no longer taking on the energy of, or living in the shadow of the naysayers 💫

I have since done an additional Reiki session on the house & family for different circumstances, & again helped restore peace, tranquility & perfect health to all ✨🙏🏻

Just because something cannot be physically seen by all, such as energy, does not mean it does not exist, or does not work…it simply also asks for more understanding & curiosity as opposed to judgement ✨Just as you turn on a switch & expect light, which is energy that you cannot see but believe in, so too is the power with Reiki healing (also referred to as energy healing) ✨

Not everything can be explained with “logical” reasoning, & indeed societal/“logical” reasoning more often than not results in incorrect assessments/diagnoses, creating more fear & issues for all, also keeping you stuck💫

I am so excited for my client in the UK & the Reiki healing results for her & her psoriasis, which hasn’t returned since doing Reiki for her 💫

In a world where health issues are on the increase & so many believe in Wifi despite not being able to see it (which is actually one of leading root causes of ill-health) so many still fail to believe in the “unseen” healing energy of Reiki ✨

Just because you cannot physically “see” or understand something, it does not make it any less real 💫

I have the ability to see, feel, hear & know many things that are not yet seen or experienced, in addition to the ability to help heal others, which are beautiful gifts✨

Since moving to Australia, eczema became a very sore & raw condition in my hands, which also caused me a lot of stress. Stress shows in my body through my skin, which also happen to be my tools for my work in helping others - my hands absorb everything, whether it be ,clients emotions, their energy, whatever they have put on their body etc. ✨

I have always looked after my health & used natural products (pharmaceuticals have been used in the past but caused more issues) but this one had me boggled as it wasn’t anything I was eating or putting on my body, which is more often than not the main cause of so many skin conditions - gut health is paramount, but that is another topic. 💫

Through my consistency & persistence of being determined to heal it once & for all, knowing I have the gift to be able to with Reiki, I have been doing Reiki on myself daily (& continue to do). 🌟

The photos do not lie - the results speak for themselves. In the middle of the second week of doing Reiki on myself, I had been able to get another herbal blend from my naturopath to assist the healing. Any of my clients will be able to testify how my skin was & how it is now.💫

My naturopath is also absolutely incredible with the herbal blends she has made for me in the last year, & I will always go to her when I need some additional help with healing.✨

There is not anything that Reiki cannot help with in terms of healing & is always for the highest good of all 🌟

So grateful to be able to help people & animals globally through my Reiki healing & other gifts 🙏🏻💫

Whilst I did this in September/October 2024 for my beautiful friend’s mother in Belgium, it has taken me until now to post it due to the naysayers & those who choose to be led to believe it’s “woo-woo/evil” etc. Nothing I do is evil/against any religion or “woo-woo” & I now fully embrace my authenticity, my gifts & the truth of who I am. I stand in the truth of my light & the goodness I am able to do for others through my healing, whether that be Reiki, holistic sports massage, or my other spiritual gifts that so many do not understand. It is through my truth that I am able to help get results for people & animals that others have failed to be able to do, & for the Highest Good of all ✨

When you understand how the unseen works, how energy works, you unlock the magic & light that is 🌟

Being able to help both animals & humans through Reiki gives me so much joy. 💫

It was wonderful being able to help Luka, this beautiful 4-year old Staffy who had hurt herself after jumping off a balcony chasing a ball, & in turn, help her owners. 🌟

Animals are much more sensitive to energy than humans are & watching how much she loved the Reiki & signalling to me when she had had enough was beautiful, regaining her ease of movement again ✨

I am excited to announce that the last 12 months has seen me collect these four qualifications, with the Reiki being the most exciting. Reiki enables me to help balance individual’s chakras, in addition to help heal/treat many diseases & illnesses in both humans & animals, even without the individual being present physically with me. I am currently working with individuals in various locations with various conditions, including cancer, peripheral neuropathy & recent strokes, elbow bursitis, getting pregnant on the last chance of embryo implantation (successfully) with individuals already experiencing a significant improvement in their conditions.

These are in addition to the exisiting high quality qualifications I already have in Sports Massage, Injuries & Treatments; Holistic Massage (Remedial Massage); Pregnancy Massage; Arthritis & Degenerative Disease Massage; Neuromuscular Techniques & Trigger Point Therapy; Oriental Facial Diagnosis; Psychology; BSc (Hons) Equine Studies & Business Management. The fitness & disability certificates are merely refreshers, having already covered these in school/other courses already mentioned & my experience within the healthcare industry.

When doing the type of massage that I do, it is not merely only about injury prevention, but also about treating & healing injuries, working with the whole body to promote the longevity of a healthy body fully, enabling you to continue moving & doing what you love in years to come.

Caring for each client that walks through my door & tailoring each treatment to each client is an essential part of being a good sports massage therapist.

When news of my beautiful 11 year old client, Rydah, had been diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) only hours after I had seen her & her beautiful Mum, Jaya, at the beginning of April (& just before her 11th birthday), it broke my heart & left me lost for words but determined to find a way to help. In my role, I am grateful that I can give her treatments to help alleviate some of the pain/tension/discomfort that her cancer is causing her & do something to help her & her family, no matter how small, whilst she bravely fights this battle.

Whilst massage cannot be done in those where the cancer has spread to the lymphatic system & lymph nodes, it is extremely beneficial & important to cancer patients, assisting them in both their physical & mental health. Gentle massage helps alleviate some of the symptoms of the cancer, in addition to helping patients to relax, relieve tension, improve sleep, improving circulation, increase white blood cell production & decrease stress.

It is truly wonderful to see Rydah again & she always continues to shine her beautiful bright smile, no matter how she is feeling.

Giving blood is also a great way to help so many & save lives, which I will also be doing later in the year (once all the red tape here in Australia has been cleared from those of us from the UK to give blood).
