So never give up you probably heard of that before right..🤔

But it’s sooo true, it’s so important that you stay consistent and work towards what your goals are.

If your back is sore, then you have to do the work!

There’s no getting around it- you have to be super consistent, diligent and put in the hard effort that’s required to get your desired outcome

And you must believe in yourself.

You must believe in your system and your processes in order to succeed.

If you want to simply end your back pain and suffering you need to start believing in yourself- it all starts in your mind!

Working on your quality of movement is going to put less load on your body and it’s going to help you connect to your surroundings.

When you’re moving through functional activities like going upstairs, sitting in chairs, getting in an out of the car, picking up the shopping- just things in every day life- we need to have the correct movement pattern to limit our injuries.

And also limit the demand on our joints.

So make sure you’re brushing up on your every day functional movement patterns to love a pain free life.

My mornings used to suck…

I’d wake up stiff, tight, and honestly a bit worried about what kind of day my back was going to give me.

It wasn’t the morning that was the problem — it was my baseline.
Tight hips Weak core Poor movement patterns

Once I fixed those, everything changed.
Now I wake up freely, move freely, and don’t have to “loosen up” before my day even starts.

Waking up stiff every morning isn’t “normal”…😩

It’s a sign your spine is overloaded and your body is compensating.

Here’s a simple routine you can try tomorrow morning before getting out of bed:
➡️ Knee Rocks
➡️ Single Knee-to-Chest
➡️ Cat-Cow

These take pressure off your spine and help your back “wake up” properly.

If Your Back Pain Keeps Returning… Watch This.

Most people don’t have a “bad back”…

They have weak hips, tight glutes, a lazy core, and movement patterns that force the spine to do all the work.
