What do you think it takes to beat your back pain? Hard work

You can’t get around it- you need to put in the hard work and a big effort week in week out to get stronger, improve posture and loosen up those tight muscles

Hard work is something that needs to be done nothing happens easily, nothing happens on its own and you need to be determined and be willing to sacrifice things to put in that hard work that’s required to fix your back!

You will change yourself depending on who you're with. If you socialize with those that put in the work and effort to exercise then you’ll likely turn into them as well

If you’re stuck with the wrong crowd that might be unhealthy, overweight, out of shape and unfit you probably turn into those crowds

So position yourself with people that you want to become

You are your five closest people and friends in life

So work hard pick your friends wisely you always have a choice and work with people that pull you into much better lifestyle that bring out the best in yourself

Doing hard things: you’re bound to just improve yourself and become better

If you do things the easy way your body is always to be looking for the easy way to do things and guess what there’s not always an easy way

Doing things that are difficult is only going to challenge your body to become better, stronger, move better, more resilient and you overcome your back pain before you know it

Sometimes I even look for things that are more difficult to do to continually challenge myself in both my physical and mental capacity

I know I’m going to win, I know I’m going to succeed, so challenge your body, challenge your mind and don’t look for an easy way out- be willing to put in the work that’s required.
