Doing hard things: you’re bound to just improve yourself and become better
If you do things the easy way your body is always to be looking for the easy way to do things and guess what there’s not always an easy way
Doing things that are difficult is only going to challenge your body to become better, stronger, move better, more resilient and you overcome your back pain before you know it
Sometimes I even look for things that are more difficult to do to continually challenge myself in both my physical and mental capacity
I know I’m going to win, I know I’m going to succeed, so challenge your body, challenge your mind and don’t look for an easy way out- be willing to put in the work that’s required.
Get up and move frequently! Movement is medicine!
