I’ve gone back and forth about sharing this, but my business has always been built on honesty, care, and connection—so here it is from the heart.

Last week, my family received the devastating news that my son has a brain tumour. As you can imagine, our world has been shaken, and right now my biggest role is being by his side as we face this together.

This means there will be times when I’m away from work unexpectedly or not as available as usual. I know this may cause some disruptions, and I’m truly sorry for any inconvenience. But I also know you’ll understand that family comes first.

I’m so grateful for your patience, love, and support during this incredibly tough season. Your kind words, thoughts, and understanding mean more than you could ever know. Thank you for allowing me the space to be both a therapist and, most importantly, a mum. 💙

It is with great sadness that we had to say goodbye to my mum Rose Cilia last night. She passed away peacefully at Sutherland Hospital with my sisters Natalie and Susan by her side. She was so loved by everyone who knew her, she would light up a room with her smile and make people giggle with her cheekiness, and also there was never a hungry person in her house.
We love you mum, miss you, you are the best 💛
