About your Baker!
It all started when I was a young girl in the kitchen with Mum baking gooey fudge brownies.
When I got a little older to bake by myself I expanded my recipe collection and would even try to make my own interesting and sometimes successful recipes.
After school I started working as an assistant baker in a Greek patisserie. I would spend hours cracking eggs, wiping out hundreds molds and cutting biscuits out of the dough to bake. After a year I had learnt and worked hard enough to became their head Chocolatier.
I continued to work at the Greek Patisserie for another year, while I took up a second position in a separate Bakery as an assistant pastry chef.
