6am Tuesday for mat Pilates.
Commencing 21st January thru to 8 April.

Note- no classes 25/3 and 1/4 - as I’m in Japan 😊
10 week term.
Term payment $230
Casual $25

All levels catered for, all equipment provided.

Term 3 is back this week.

Sorry I’m late with my post.

Pilates with a view- Tuesdays, 6am at Mona vale surf life saving club.

All levels catered for , I have an amazing group of people already coming to classes, we enjoy our Pilates and a bit of a giggle too.

$205 for the 9 week term
Or $25 casual visit.

BYO mat- all Pilates equipment provided.
