I’m Dr Daniella Goldberg, PhD (Medicine) — Senior Yoga Teacher and Certified Menopause Yoga Therapist. After facing my own hormonal health crisis in my 40s, yoga helped me reclaim my wellbeing. In my small local business, Yogarama Retreats I’ve guided thousands of women through transitions with trauma-aware yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness, both locally and internationally. I’ve collaborated with local healthcare professionals to create this workshop blending modern science with holistic wisdom — and now, I’m here to share it with you.
