On the road again, heading back to Sydney, after 2 months of important family moments on opposite sides of the world.

These past couple of months were filled with endings and beginnings. From watching the scattering of ashes in humid north Queensland, to a wedding in chilly Cockatoo in Victoria, catching up with family (even briefly) is always a joy.

And between QLD & VIC, a trip to Finland to reconnect with extended family that we've not seen in person for 40 odd years!

Despite being a first-generation Australian, I can't deny the fact that my body feels a deep peace in Finland. Hopefully, I'll get to visit again soon.

But until then, I get to be of service to all my amazing clients and I can't wait to hear how life has been treating you lately.

SEPTEMBER ENERGIES
What's challenging and supporting us this month?
🔥 Challenging: Protection/26
As the year moves on, there's the energy of stepping into your power more than you have ever done before. Unfortunately, not all around you may like this, so protecting yourself energetically is important this month. Although it may be hard to do, know that you have every right to do so. It is interesting that this card should come up after a couple of months about having loving boundaries. Not everyone will understand your journey or choices, and that is OK. It's not for them. You may find yourself being tested by the universe to see how serious you are about making changes. Feel into your heart, feel into the strength that has been growing inside you these past months. Remember, it is darkest before the dawn!

Clearly some big decisions need to be made and it's important to make these from a place of balance. If you're in a tail spin, you're being encouraged to slow down. If you've been sluggish, a brisk walk outside will help clear the cobwebs. The energy of the past few months is starting to show up as tangible changes in your reality. Some of you may not be who you were 3 months ago! And so your choices from the past no longer resonate. Feel into your intuition and body before making a decision. Don't let your mind convince you. If you catch yourself saying things like 'I think...' or 'I should/could...' that's your mind. Feel into your body and nervous system instead.

August Mid-Month Mermaid Messages 🧜‍♂️

Ha! We can't seem to get away from some solitude these past couple months. Clearly the need for time out from other people is important for us to be able to manage the intensity of late. It's about loving and healthy boundaries for yourself!

The other message that comes through is that we are working on some deep healing themes relating to innocence. As we integrate more higher energy, old energy will surface to be seen before it can move on. Hold that part of yourself with love and kindness. Perhaps some journalling around innocence will help you release old hurts. Time to reflect back on when did you last feel innocence in your life, when was it lost and how can you love that part of you still?

Important to be kind to yourself these next couple of weeks. 😘

AUGUST ENERGIES
What's challenging and supporting us this month?

🔥Challenging: Insight/11
This month you may feel confused. This maybe as a result of being pulled in many directions and general busy-ness, or simply lacking some crucial piece of information. Progress might feel stalled or you're at a crossroads. Don't put pressure on yourself to have it figured out. Maybe this is just a month to sit in confusion and observe it. The 11 would suggest that this energy is divine, so no need to judge it or yourself if you can't think clearly right now. It's quite common to feel this when you're integrating higher levels of energy so trust the process. Given the following card, I feel that the confusion is caused by an influx of very high frequency/new light codes coming to earth.

This card speaks about anchoring in a lot of high frequency energy. If you meditate, do you finish off with a grounding process? Eating root vegetables and nuts is also a great way to support your body to ground. As is doing physical movement or receiving physical therapy (eg massage).
3+2=5 which suggests changes are taking place. The more you can find balance and ground, the more you can integrate and shift energetically. This may mean taking deliberate steps to slow down everything you do this month.
