As the world shifts into a new energetic level and transformation so do you! Its time to get of the flight and flight response and suffering. This card calls for you to release burdens and cleanse yourself of toxins. The bathroom is a private place that allows you to wash up and get prepped. It could be time to cleanse your habits. Perhaps you’re transferring all of your junk onto others, or they are unburdening theirs on you. Pay attention to feelings you might be harboring inside. It is time to release them. But take care not to unload them onto someone else. This card also represents clarification. Finding stillness in your life will help you discern what you are unknowingly and unwilling to take on. One of the most simple yet powerful ways and tool you can do this is to tap into the element of water by intentionally washing off the day and your mind in the bath or shower and allowing yourself to get clear on what you need to cleanse in your mind, body, spirit and home.

A little message for you on this beautiful August morning. Fuel your body, mind, and emotions with healthy sustenance and situations. This card invites you to take a look at the state of your surroundings and relationships. Who is feeding you? Are you being fed honesty? Perhaps you are not able to “digest” the habits you feed yourself. Take time to look at your career to see if it is fulfilling you. Evaluate your workplace and home. Unhealthy people and environments can cause your body to respond physically. It is time to nourish yourself with beneficial choices. Food also indicates a need to reevaluate your overall health. Think about how you can better nourish yourself through your eating habits and lifestyle.

Right now you have an opportunity to rise above a situation and work not only towards your own positive outcome but for the greater good of all. This is not a time to be selfish, so actions which may harm others, no matter how well intentioned they are, must be avoided. With reward comes responsibility and you are also being reminded of this right now. Grass Tree provides clarity to resolve current issues. Grass Tree warns of issues surrounding impatience and ignorance. As a healer, it brings mental clarity and is a very good detox supporter. Happy Tuesday ❤️ here is a little message for YOU on this wonderfully wet and cleansing day.
The Eagle is revered as a symbol of the Creator Spirit because of its ability to soar to breath-taking heights. Its piercing eyesight is said to bare witness to the fears we keep locked deep within our consciousness; our vulnerabilities, discomforts and inabilities. And it has the sacred capacity to know our heart of hearts, our sincere and purest intent, and our true essence.
If Eagle has soared into your cards today, be comforted in the knowledge that Spirit is guiding and protecting you while you make decisions and grapple with the obstacles you are inevitably going to face as you journey through life. Eagle comes as a reminder that in order to achieve anything in this life, educated leaps of faith must be taken and trust in one's inherent capabilities must be recognised and brought to the fore. Without these qualities life is full of possibility but devoid of movement or purpose.
Not until we identify our strengths and the opportunities they afford can we realise the potency and promise within our lives. Not until we find the courage to take the first step and witness the chain of events that lead to the final one can it be realised that all is as it should be.

Happy Friday Everyone i hope you have a magic weekend ahead. A little message for you to take you into the weekend. WATERFALL - You have come to the edge of your comfort zone and find yourself fighting to resist moving past that perceived precipice of who you are, how you can be, or what you can do. Spirit is asking you to step beyond the edge and allow yourself to do so with ease rather than struggle.
Yes, at times physical exertion is necessary, but when performed with fluidity and grace, even when the task seems daunting, you'll find that the movement moves you effortlessly.
Approach the present situation or relationship with awareness and grace. Do not try to make it effortless that just creates more strain. The key word here is to allow. This is not a time to fight, but to surrender to the will of Spirit, even if you are being asked to let go completely and tumble into the brink of Creation itself. You will find the waters there to be ultimately still and calm. Keep your focus on your solar plexus and your breath, breathing through any tension.
Relaxing and yielding to the movement that is occurring at any given moment makes your life effortless.
