When holding space and tuning in .. The mind-body-emotion and soul connection cannot be separated.
All parts must be considered, and if possible, allowed to be seen and expressed.
When we ignore emotional pain or trauma, abandon we parts of ourselves and imbalance shows up in our body or mental health.
We then need to get to the core of the imbalance rather than swimming around in how the imbalance is presenting itself.
Treating the cause rather than the symptoms is one of the key factors in my work.
