We hit the ground running at the Wollongong Running Festival this morning.
David, Zoha and Anthony have been putting in extra training over the past few months so it was great to see the hard work pay off.
Big thanks to at Penshurst St Physio for getting Dave run-ready, and to Zoha and Anth for keeping his body moving with treatment in the lead-up.

My Sports Chiropractor is a patient-centred health practice services based in the Sydney suburb of Kingsgrove offering:
Sports chiropractic
Remedial massage therapy
Exercise Rehabilitation
We are available 6 days a week
Monday,Wednesday and Friday: 8am - 8pm
Tuesday and Thursday 12pm - 8pm
Saturday 8am - 12pm
We accept all health fund patients, doctors referrals, WorkCover claims, DVA and CTP claims. We bulk bill and have a HICAPs terminal on site for immediate health fund rebates.
Free parking is available onsite.
We are based within Crossfit 168.
Please park in the car park and enter through the Blue Door of the Crossfit 168 gym.
Once entered, walk up the stairs and you have arrived at our practice!
Alternatively, Kingsgrove station is just a short 10minute walk away.
