We’re rolling into Week 3 of Sacred40: Equanimity 🌊
The first two weeks were all about Presence and Vitality and wow… what a start. The energy, the commitment, the way you’ve shown up has been incredible.
Now it’s time for equanimity. Think of it as your superpower for staying steady when life throws curveballs. It’s not about pretending the chaos doesn’t exist, it’s about finding your centre in the middle of it.
On your mat this week, notice those moments you wobble, lose balance, or feel the mind drift. That’s your chance to practice coming back to centre with breath, awareness and a little bit of grace.
✨ Off the mat tip: Feeling rushed? Stop. Take one slow inhale and one longer exhale. Boom. That’s equanimity in action.
