The post about Rown Aktkinson, we can all be inspired and learn from him, there are of many people just like Rowan, we just don't hear about them.

Mr. Bean (Rowan Atkinson) – The story of the man who never gave up on his dreams.
Rowan Atkinson was born in a middle-class family and suffered terribly as a child because of his stuttering. He was also teased and bullied at school because of his looks. His bullies thought he looked like an alien. He was soon marked a strange and became a very shy, withdrawn kid who didn’t have many friends, so he dived into science, one of his teachers said. There was nothing outstanding about him. I did not expect him to be a brilliant scientist, but he has proved everyone wrong. Admitted to Oxford University during his days, he started falling in love with acting but couldn’t perform due to his speaking disorder. he got his master’s degree in electrical engineering before appearing in any movie or TV show after getting his degree, he decided to pursue his dream and become an actor so he enrolled in a comedy group but again, his stammering got in the way.
A lot of TV shows rejected him, and he felt devastated but despite the many rejections. He never stopped believing in himself. He had a great passion for making people laugh and knew that he was very good at it. he started focusing more and more on his original comedy sketches and soon realized that he could speak fluently whenever he played some character. he found a way to overcome his stuttering and his also used there is an inspiration for his acting. While studying for his master’s Rowan Atkinson co-created the strange, surreal, and now speaking character known as Mr. Bean.
He had success with other shows, Mr. Bean made him globally famous and despite all the obstacles, he faced because of his looks and his speaking disorder, he proved that even without a heroic body or a Hollywood face, you can become one of the most loved and respected actors in the world. The motivational success story of Rowan Atkinson. It’s so inspiring because it teaches is that to be successful in life, the most important things are passion, hard work, dedication and never giving up, because without caring about our feelings and weaknesses.
Moral of the story:
No one is born perfect. Don’t be afraid. People can accomplish amazing things every day in spite of their weaknesses and failures. So go and do the best you can with the one life you’ve got.

We as a nation are responsible for the safety, welfare and care of every child and young person where they experience a place of belonging, inclusion, and value in their family, church, school, sporting clubs and community.

Evidence supports that lack of inclusion and discrimination significantly impact young people's mental health. As a result, they are at a greater risk of mental illness than the broader population.

When we think of church, it is often where we develop belonging and purpose in our lives through our faith. For some young people, their faith community is part of their family and inner circle. This support for all of us is critical for our lives, even when we distance ourselves from religious institutions.

We know religious institutions talk of love and acceptance. Sadly, however, they are often the first to reject young people; this is emphasized repeatedly. The Institutional church and religious organizations hold great power over families. Some parents are unwilling to accept their children if their gender and sexuality differ from church teachings and society's expectations. For a family to step away from religious ideas and have been educated to understand it is against the will of God, which is far from the truth. The church stands on a socially constructed idea not based on scriptural beliefs, though it is marketed in this way.
Young people who identify as LGBTIQ+ are at high risk of losing connection with their families and the broader community. We know that young people who identify as LGBTIQ+ are at high risk of homelessness, believing they are unlovable and unworthy of any person valuing them.

Therefore, it is the government and the community's responsibility to stand up against churches rejecting young people from schools and other services that often have funding from the state.

Stand up for LGBTIQ+ rights.

STANDING BACK / BECOMING OR BEING INVISIBLE

Do you find you are stepping back at times to try and become invisible, from other people? Then you find your voice and a strong passion comes bursting out and your voice is heard, strong, determined, and purposeful.

When you feel and express your passion you feel alive. At times you might notice yourself stepping aside, allowing others to be dominant. When your voice is heard you find confidence, energy, and freedom. When you can speak your voice, you find your place and enjoy the person you are becoming.

What do I need to do to find my voice and express my true self? How do I push myself forward so that my voice comes alive? I want my authentic self to be heard and valued. In this way, I find that I am contributing to my communities and friends and family.

We may find that pushing ourselves forward can be challenging because it is different. Our assertive voice comes alive, and a new view is born for that small moment.
