Nutrition is the foundation to your progress.

You can train all you want but without proper nutrition, you are missing out on SO MUCH progress and strength.

No, we are not aiming for perfection. But if you could be as optimal as you could WITHOUT it feeling gruelling or a chore. Wouldn’t you? 🤔🤔

I have to admit…

I have never related to the whole “hate your job” persona and I’m so thankful! But this is where my passion lives hehe.

Honestly some days I feel behind, some days I question if I am doing enough and then I remember I’m actually exactly where I wanted to be only a few months ago.

The journey is so exciting, I feel lucky I get to savour it 😝😇

Is my plate a little bit full and have I bitten off a bit more than I can chew? YES

That’s good - because I like to live by “bite off more than you can chew then figure out how to chew it” 🤭
