You deserve moments that feel light not because life has been easy, but because you have carried so much for so long. Soft moments are not a reward you earn after surviving pain. They are a reminder that your nervous system deserves rest, your heart deserves gentleness, and your spirit deserves space to breathe.

Joy does not disappear because you have endured hardship. It waits quietly for permission to return. Even after grief, even after disappointment, even after exhaustion, your heart still knows how to open when it feels safe enough to do so.

Let yourself receive the ease when it arrives.

It takes time to adjust to something new, and often our old ideas about how the world works in old spaces and who we were cannot help us. In these moments, be curious and slow things down. Take one moment at a time. You will adjust.
