Hello everybody,

We wanted to let you know that Synergy Healthcare will remain open through the current lockdown, just as we were for the duration of all the 2020 lockdowns.

We are an essential service and will continue to provide an optimal level of healthcare to all of our patients, whilst taking all necessary precautions.

Hi Everyone! We have a scheduled outage of internet today from 11am to 3.30pm. If you tried to call and couldn’t get through we have now diverted the phones so there shouldn’t be any issues now on.

Tennis elbow is one of the more common presentations to our clinic! And contrary to the name it is often that tennis has nothing to do with its onset.. Known as Lateral Epicondylosis/itis in the medical world, it is a result of repetitive microtrauma to the attachment point of the forearm extensor group. This can be a result of too much typing/mouse work at the computer or too much gripping work eg. playing a backhand shot in tennis. The excess tension at the Lateral epicondyle of the elbow needs to be dealt with to begin to control the pain and dysfunction. 'Wear & Tear' or 'Degeneration' doesn't equate to a lost cause! Hello everybody!

Synergy Healthcare will be closed from Good Friday the 19th April until Easter Monday the 22nd April. Both Andrew and Rian will be available tomorrow Thursday the 18th April.

And next week we will be open Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday with Anzac Day falling on Thursday the 25th.
