Aches and pains presenting themselves from a sudden change in lifestyle. Its your body telling you about poor postural habits, and muscular imbalances that may have been flying under the radar.

It may be from a new job, putting your body into positions its not accustomed to. For instance, if you are sitting at a desk for the majority of your day, do you notice pain and tightness in your neck and upper back?
