Chakra Movement Meditation sessions at Macksviĺle Natural Health Clinic and Sturts Point Art House this week focused on the 'Base' or 'Root' Chakra. Associated with the colour Red, Perinium, Legs and Feet, this energy centre is about connection. Connection to earth, ancestors, instinct and our own bodies. It's Primal, Raw and Soulful. As we moved with the energy of our base chakra to earthy tribal beats, each participant felt their level of relationship to this energy within themselves. For myself, base chakra energy is a place I've felt comfortable most of my life. A strong eagle energy came to me within the meditation, that showed me that even from this comfortable place there is room to soar and explore further into all that is on offer in this amazing human existence!
Next week we'll move up to the Sacral chakra, associated with the colour Orange, our inner feminine energy, sexuality and creativity.

For term 4, begining mid October Im excited to be offering 9 weekly sessions working specifically with CHAKRA Energy!
