T BRAND ‘Freestyle Dance’ is a combination of moving meditation and dance, physical movement and the freedom to let go and have fun. we open at 7pm. We open at 7pm.

What to Wear - Soft comfortable clothing. A good idea to wear layers so to take off as you warm up. What to Bring - A water bottle, thick socks in the cooler months. Where to go - The Escarpment Retreat, 123 Alpine Terrace, Tamborine Mountain. The Guanaba R

oom which is through the main reception to the room at the back. Parking - Please park on Alpine Terrace opposite the entrance to the Escarpment or park at the St Bernards Primary school car park. The carpark is limited in the Escarpment Retreat and reserved for retreat guests. Canungra Dance

Thanking those who came to our dance last Friday night. It was truely a beautiful evening with the fire lite, the styles and tempo's of music that took you to your feel good place.

Stef says, what a wonderful night! We were greeted by a warm fire and dim lights in a super comfy environment. The exquisite music teleported us to a different moments and eras. One moment I was at a tribal African ceremony shaking it out, the next in 18th century Paris, and another hip hopping around.
After a hard week at work at a desk job I felt free to let go, loosen up, shake and stretch it out. We wound down with some beautiful inward music and even a bit of chanting our voice at the end, only to be wrapped up with Tony playing the didgeridoo to guide us home and inward in a wonderful grounding earthly experience.

Our dance takes you on a journey, we start with slow tempos to allow you to warm your body, stretch and start to move. The music then moves into a variety of beats slowly taking it up in tempo to where you can truely let it all go. Personal expression and interpretation, allowing you to connect with music and rhythm.

We are having to cancelled our dance tomorrow evening at The Canungra School Of Arts Hall due our family circumstances.

We look forward to seeing you at our next dance Friday 21st at The Escarpment Retreat starting at 7pm. We will be back in Canungra Friday 28th June.

We apologies for any inconvenience and look forward to moving our bodies with you soon.
