Hi I'm Danielle & I'm a mobile massage therapist. I like to use deep breathing techniques in conjunction with relaxation and remedial massage practices to relieve pain and tension from the body, while targeting one of the biggest root causes - STRESS. Stress can alter our bodies natural state of breathing and diminish its ability to heal itself! Throughout my time as a massage therapist and as a p

erson in general life, I have come to notice that most people are barely breathing, most of the time. They get on the table and I can't see their chest move at all, let alone their stomach or lower abdominals and pelvic floor! The lack of deep breathing and constant states of stress can contribute to:
- Digestive issues
- Lower/upper back pain
- Neck and shoulder pain
- Headaches
- General aches and fatigue

Over my many years as a busy Mum I have come up with some incredible practices that can aid in maintaining a well centered and grounded approach to everyday life, enhancing quality of life and self healing ability. One of which is regular massage along with deep breathing! Run 2.5kms effortlessly???

Yeh right 😅

A few years ago, I never thought i'd be able to do this...

I was in such bad shape I:

• disolcated my hip
• dislocated my shoulder
• could barely get out of bed
• was in agony all day everyday
• took multiple days off work causing financial stress
• had allergic reactions to normal food I wasn't allergic to

The list goes on...

It was terrible 🤦‍♀️

But I knew what I had to do about it!

So I studied and implemented bit by bit over the years, and now I consistently:

• work out every morning 20 - 30mins
• run twice a week
• yoga every night
• eat 3 x healthy meals a day
• get a massage once a month
• meditate daily
• run multiple businesses
• cook and clean efficiently

And still have time for my son, my friends and my family, my creative hobbies, gardening + waterfal adventures nearly every weekend! 🌿
