Run 2.5kms effortlessly???
Yeh right 😅
A few years ago, I never thought i'd be able to do this...
I was in such bad shape I:
• disolcated my hip
• dislocated my shoulder
• could barely get out of bed
• was in agony all day everyday
• took multiple days off work causing financial stress
• had allergic reactions to normal food I wasn't allergic to
The list goes on...
It was terrible 🤦♀️
But I knew what I had to do about it!
So I studied and implemented bit by bit over the years, and now I consistently:
• work out every morning 20 - 30mins
• run twice a week
• yoga every night
• eat 3 x healthy meals a day
• get a massage once a month
• meditate daily
• run multiple businesses
• cook and clean efficiently
And still have time for my son, my friends and my family, my creative hobbies, gardening + waterfal adventures nearly every weekend! 🌿
