✨ Welcome to Threads of Intention ✨

This a workshop I’ve been dreaming of for a while — sharing macramé as a tool for creativity, grounding, and intentional living.

I first picked up macramé in 2019 during a time when I was struggling deeply with anxiety. What started as tying simple knots soon became a lifeline — a way to quiet the noise, come back into my body, and feel safe again. Over time, those threads carried me from chaos to calm, from self-doubt to a deeper sense of connection.

Now, I’m opening this practice up for others. 🌿
Threads of Intention isn’t just a beginners macramé class — it’s an invitation to slow down, create something beautiful with your hands, and weave meaning into every knot. You’ll leave with your own handmade necklace, yes — but also with simple tools for grounding, presence, and living with more intention.

This is the first workshop I’ve put together in its fullness — and I couldn’t be more excited to share it with you. 🪢✨

Here’s to weaving threads of intention into our lives, one knot at a time.
