A reminder about our Xmas party after classes this Tuesday, 9/12. Partners & family members welcome. Please remember to bring a wrapped present (1 per person) for our stealing/sharing Santa, & a plate of food to share.

I’m back from my travels & all classes have resumed. The last class this year will be on Thurs, 11/12, & our Xmas party will follow classes on Tues, 9/12. ☯️🪷

Jo’s lovely words after we attended Terry’s 90th yesterday. 🙏💕
‘It was a real pleasure to be included in my friend Terry's 90th birthday celebration today- we've practised tai chi together for many years and he is still going strong, teaching his devoted group of seniors 3 times a week. It just goes to show the benefits of wonderful qigong and tai chi chuan martial art, I'm so grateful I have them in my life and to be forever learning, in this life and beyond’ ☯️❤️
