දවස් පහම වැඩට යන අම්මා කෙනෙක් දන්නවා සති අන්තය කොයිතරම් කාර්යබහුලද කියලා. හැබැයි ඉතිං ඒ වැඩ ඔක්කොම පැත්තට දාලා උදේ පාන්දරම සීතලෙ country road එකක හොද drive එකක් කරලා මෙ වගෙ තැනකට ගියාම දැනෙන සැනසීම වචන වලින් ලියන්න අමාරුයි. ලස්සන කොෆි කඩේකට වෙලා Tumaric tea එකක් බීලා ගෙදර ආවෙ ලොකු සැනසීමකින් 💚

ජීවිතෙ හරි පුදුමාකාරයි. සල්ලි යාන වාහන නැති මිනිස්සු ඒවා ලබාගන්න ජීවන අරගලෙක. ඒත් ඒ හැමදේම අත්පත් කර ගත්තු මිනිස්සු ආයෙම සරලබව හොයාගෙන යනවා. ඇයි ඒම වෙන්න?

Full-time work, full-time mum, and still making time for me. 💪
Started my morning with a hot yoga session (sweaty but worth it! 🧘‍♀️🔥), then straight into mum mode breakfast, bags packed, out the door, all before 8am!
Refueling with a healthy meal and a grateful heart. It’s not always easy, but it’s always worth it. 💚
Progress, not perfection.

රැකියාවට යන්න කලින් උදේම නැගිටලා hot yoga session එකට ගියා. දරුවො නැගිට්ටිනත් කලින් ගෙදර ආවා. ඊගාවට එයාලා ලෑස්ති කරගෙන ස්කූල් යනවා. වෙලාව නෑ කියලා තමන් ගැන බලන එක අතෑරලා දාන එක ලොකු අපරාදයක් ☺
