I’ve been reflecting a LOT on how o support people…

I’ve worked with so many people through AO Scan and kinesiology, and one thing I kept noticing is that people come for a session, feel better… and then life happens again.

And it made me realise - our energy isn’t something we fix once. It’s something we actually need to support consistently.

I’ve been reimagining how I work with people, and will be sharing more about that soon 🙌

Far out our Bodies (& Minds!) are incredible aren't they??

I just checked in with a client I worked with this week, she was reacting to water!! Yes WATER!

Sweat, pool water, shower water, sea water - the whole shebang! You can imagine how that must feel to a teenage girl, in the middle of a QLD summer to have to endure....

Well we worked with some balancing of the body and mind! I say mind, because the reaction was actually triggered by something that happened to her when she was 4! Somehow this re-surfaced in her subconscious mind and was linked to water and it started the reaction!

So we cleared that using a technique I love, ran some personalised emotional balancing tunes and 20 minutes later she was on her way! Still early days but it seems it has cleared 🙌

This new moon has been extremely interesting in showing just how powerful our thoughts are and the effect they have on our body and our reality! Both positive and negative - have you been feeling this too????

I've been shown so many examples in the past weeks that its really undeniable.... exciting to be so empowered but also a little scary that we are so empowered right?!!!

This little guy is nearing the end of his earth-side journey, when his Mum reached out to me and asked if I could do anything to help him I suggested we run a vitals report in AO Scan which would give him his tunes....

She sent this through last night, and mentioned today will likely be the day he walks his green mile 😢 I couldn't help but cry - I have had the privilege of working with the frequencies for little Buddy for quite some time now - as you can see he's a beautiful boy and what an honour to help him to transition - his Mum has said she will play the tunes as they let him go.

Sometimes this technology allows us to be the detective to work out whats happening to help people on their healing journey, other times it is the frequencies that someone needs to heal, other times its the support from afar that can just make life a little easier in those tough times - Mumma bear has her personalised tunes as well as she navigates this difficult day today...
