Peanut Butter & Honey Rice Crispy Treats 🥜🍯

This has quickly become one of my most loved treats from students this year. A lot asking for the recipe and recreating it at home, some even calling it ‘Jolan Slice’ which is the nicest compliment ever 😍 but as I lovingly say each time someone asks for the recipe - I cannot take credit at all! This is the brilliant work of and I really encourage everyone to check out their work and books.

Recipe (how I make it):

2 cups gluten free Rice puffs
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup salted butter
1/2 cup honey
Pinch sea salt
Gojis berries measured with the heart

Method:

Melt the PB, butter and honey in a pot & stir until combined

Mix the puffed rice & salt in a large bowel

Add the melted mix ingredients into the dry ingredients until all combined

Add goji berries (or any extras you like)

Transfer to a square pan & chill in fridge until ready to eat, cutting into squares whilst hard (this softens quickly so must be kept in the fridge as much as possible)

These also freeze well and make excellent gifts for the wonderful people in your life 🫶🏼

I love receiving little love notes from you all 💘

I am genuinely so passionate about the work that I do (I even went and got a pelvic floor assessment - internal too 🍆- just so I could experience it and explain it to others. Ya girl is dedicated 😂) and hearing your kind words is sooo validating and affirming that I’m on the right track, that I am helping and making a difference. (And that I’m working in alignment with other health care profesisonals too)

But the real reason I love reading your words is that I get to share them with others that might be curious about what I offer but unsure if it’s right for them.

Women are out there looking for someone or something and maybe new to town or feeling anxious or shy to book or message and then they might read your words and think “Ahh that’s me, that’s what I need”

So in reality your words not only help me but also help other women out there too!

Restorative Yoga Journey starts this evening and I cannot wait to see you all!!

I chucked together a few ingredients from the cupboard and fridge for sweets this week for my students and to hear the sounds of delight when everyone bit into them was music for my ears 😍 so here’s the recipe my loves xx

Chocolate Almond Bliss Balls 〰️

Makes around 25 balls

17 fresh pitted dates

1/2 cup almond butter

3 tbsp cacao

1 cup LSA

Pinch of salt

200g dark chocolate for coating (I used 85% so no dairy)

Dried edible rose petals

Process. Coat. Fridge. Enjoy 🌹 x

Why Green? 💚🌲🌴☘️🌿🍃🌱🌳🎋

When deciding on what props and colours to choose for my new space I wanted it to be a conscious decision.

During my time in between places it was Mother Nature that held me and guided - she always does. I’ve always adored her green. Green leaves, trees, moss, birds and grass. How lovely and soothing and healing this colour is.

Which reminded me of the heart chakra and its association with the colour of green. Green the colour of unconditional love and compassion.

Instead of the question being why green… It really is how could I not choose green?

Why not infuse my new space with the energy of Mother Nature? Why not ooze unconditional love and compassion into my props. The very props that hold our bodies through all the seasons of life.

And whilst these beautiful green props all look fresh and sparkling, I’m actually really looking forward to seeing all the weary bodies by held by them.

What joy it would bring me to watch the mats scuff, colours to fade and bolsters to sag - what wonderful evidence of props well loved and used!

So whilst green is a lovely colour in general to me, for these props it means so much.

My wish is that when you use these props - you feel that unconditional love and compassion - and that you feel deeply held, no matter what season of life you are in.

My beauty books are now open online for the rest of 2025 ✨

Would you believe some of my lovely Beautiful Image Tamworth regulars booked their Christmas spots way back in June (a few even as early as Easter 🫢).

For those who prefer to book online, now’s the perfect time to get organised for the end of the year.

This isn’t me tooting my own horn, just a little PSA so you don’t miss out — I’d truly love to see you before we wrap up another wild and wonderful year (and give you a big thank you hug).

Postpartum Immersion Reflections 🌿

A beautiful spring day, a room full of first, second, and third-time mummas. Some familiar faces, some brand new, and even a few I’ve had the honour of walking alongside as they grew from first and second time mums into mothers again.

The common threads that wove through today:

‘Prepare for the worst, hope for the best.’

How powerful this has been for many mother’s mental health.

And the reminder that yes, our hearts really can stretch to hold our second, third (and more) babies.

How beautiful it is that there really is no limit to our expansion of love 💕

My second event in this new space is done and dusted, and my heart is so full. Home truly is where the heart is, and my heart is here, with women, in these tender seasons of life.

Forever grateful to do this work, to witness this union, this community, this love. 🌸
