The higher our vagal tone the faster the body relaxes 🧘🏼♀️
Restorative yoga is one of best ways to increase our vagal tone helping us to be resilient and mentally strong e.g. I can do hard things, I am strong, I am capable, I back myself.
Buts it’s a practice. The more we practice toning the vagus nerve, the mentally stronger we get.
Tomorrow is my next RESTORATIVE IMMERSION and I’m so excited to teach students all about the vagus nerve in an extremely practical way so they can hopefully leave feeling more relaxed and ready to take on any obstacles life throws their way.
