Join us for the Yarning About Dementia session at the First Nations Dementia Australia Brain Hub. This important event is happening on Thursday, 16th October 2025 from 10am to 3pm at The Civic Gunnedah, 83 Chandos Street.

This FREE session is suitable for anyone impacted by dementia and aims to raise awareness, share information, and encourage open conversations within our community.

Dementia is becoming more common, and understanding it better helps us support those affected. Please share this post with your friends and family or on your social media platforms to help spread the word!

Uncle Tommy kicked off our first TAMS-AC Quirindi Soup Kitchen last night with plenty of yarns, laughs, and a warm bowl of Aunty Brenda’s legendary soup. 🥣✨
Fifteen locals came together to share food, stories, and good company – just the way community should be.
“Thanks to all who turned up and to the Food Pantry for use of your grounds," said Uncle Tommy.
"Also thanks to Aunty Brenda for the soup and Brim for helping. See you all there next week!"

Great work you Mob!

Our team from TAMS-AC Quirindi region headed to Tamarang Mitre 10 breakfast this morning to support community mental health.

The TAMS team cooked up a mountain of sausages enjoyed by all the participants and it was great opportunity to catch up with the local community and speak about the services that TAMS-AC offer including case management, counselling and support services for the region.
