Here’s why I’d never do Spinal Flow sessions or healings at a market or pop-up stall ⬇️

I see these questions all the time:
“How long should I do sessions?”
“How much should I charge at a market?”

And honestly?
The answer is: don’t.

These modalities are a sacred journey.
When you’re holding space for someone to release trauma, their nervous system needs to feel safe enough to soften, drop the armour, and actually connect inward.

Now be real for a moment…
Who is doing that in a noisy crowd, people walking past, conversations everywhere, and zero privacy?

No one.

Then when people don’t rebook, practitioners wonder why — when the environment never allowed the work to land in the first place.

If you want people to return, you need to give them an experience that makes them want to come back.

Now, do I think markets and vendor stalls are useless?
Absolutely not.

They’re brilliant for brand awareness when done properly.

Instead of offering sessions, offer free 5-minute posture checks.
Explain what you’re noticing.
Help them connect the dots between how their body is functioning and how they’re feeling.
Then invite them into your professional space for the full experience.
