Let’s talk numbers 💰

I’m not going to lie — crunching numbers with clients genuinely makes me excited!! 🤓

When women join my program, I always ask:
“How much money do you want to make?”

And it usually goes one of two ways:

1️⃣ They undersell themselves with a small number to stay safe.
2️⃣ They don’t actually know what they need to make.

So let’s break down how simple it can be to hit $2K weeks.

✨ Massage Therapists
Let’s assume you’re charging your worth at $160 per hour 😉
13 clients per week = $2,080

That’s only:
✔ 4 clients over 2 days
✔ 5 clients on one day

You still get a 3-day weekend AND plenty of time during your workdays to focus on business growth.

✨ Spinal Flow Practitioners
Let’s say you charge $90 per session:

15 sessions = $1,350
New client intakes ($160 each × 5 clients) = $800

Total = $2,150 per week

If you run 3 tables for group sessions, that’s around:
✔ 2 hours of group sessions
✔ 5 hours allocated to new clients

Yes — this might grow your numbers.
But I promise you… they won’t buy from you.

And yes, I’m speaking from lived experience 😂😬
So let me tell you what I learned — so you don’t make the same mistakes.

You’re far better off having a smaller audience of genuine, interested clients than going viral or having thousands of followers who will never book.

When your marketing typically lands with about 3% of people, imagine how exhausting it is to pour your heart into content that falls on deaf ears. Exhausting, right?

Let’s look at the numbers.

If you have 100 followers who are genuine clients or highly interested and 3% take action — that’s 3 potential clients.

Those 3 clients book.
They rebook regularly.
They refer 3 people each.

Suddenly, you’ve grown from 3 to 12 clients — simply by reaching the right audience.

If you’re working towards $3,000 per week, and each client visits 3 times at $90 per session, that’s already $3,240 — just from aligned marketing and the right people.

Now compare that to chasing scam followers who aren’t even your target market…

How long would it take to reach $3,000 a week then? 🤔

Stop saying “I should be further along.”

You are exactly where you’re meant to be.

So I’ll ask you this…
Who are you racing against?
And why are you comparing yourself to them?

It’s common to feel jealousy. To think why does she get that success and I don’t?
But there’s so much you’re not seeing.

The hours spent on marketing.
The time invested in mindset growth.
The healing work behind the scenes.
The uncomfortable action of putting herself out there and being seen.

I remember being excited to hit $2k weeks.
Then $5k months.
Then saving my first $5k.

That feeling of achievement.
The knowing that I did this.

There was a time I couldn’t even imagine earning more than $10k a month because I didn’t believe I was worthy of receiving that level of income. My money blocks were tight and deeply limiting.

Through healing and small, consistent action steps, that amount is now a weekly income for me and I’m still expanding.

It all starts with a choice.
A choice in how you show up for yourself.
A choice between staying limited or spreading your wings.

Small steps always lead to bigger success.

There’s a feeling I don’t quite know how to describe.

The fulfilment I feel when I hold a retreat.
The in-person connection.
The sacred, held moments.
