🌿 Lemon Balm – Nature’s Gentle Calmer 🌿
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) is one of my favourite herbs in the garden and apothecary. 🌱 With its fresh citrus scent and calming energy, this humble herb has been used for centuries to soothe the mind, body, and spirit.
