I ask my clients what their goals are & I often hear ‘I want to look ‘toned’, ‘I eat healthy but nothing is changing’, ‘I don’t eat much’, ‘I’m always hungry, crave sugar every afternoon & have no energy’, just to name a few…

‘Toned’ looks different for everyone however it doesn’t come from endless hours of cardio & a diet consisting of 1200 cals, no carbs, meal replacement shakes, liquid diets, fasting, skipping breakfast, keto & being scared of lifting weights because they will make you ‘bulky’.
If you after that ‘toned’ look, you need to build the muscle up underneath & strip body fat to a low enough level to uncover your work.
