Cardio Rehabilitation Exercise Class ♥️

📍 Tamworth Clinic, 4 Hawker Road.
🕑 Friday at 2PM with Dane.

This supportive, medically-informed program is designed for individuals living with or recovering from conditions such as atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, post-myocardial infarction (heart attack), and heart failure.

Our sessions focus on safely rebuilding strength, improving cardiovascular fitness, and restoring confidence through tailored exercise programs suited to your individual needs. With close monitoring and expert guidance every step of the way, you’ll be supported in a welcoming and encouraging environment as you take a positive step toward better heart health.

Details matter. In both the clinic and the gym.

The way your foot contacts the ground.
The position of your ribs when you breathe.
The control you have at the bottom of a movement.
Where you actually feel an exercise working.

These are the things that determine whether an exercise is effective…or just going through the motions.

In the clinic, details help us understand the root cause of pain or dysfunction. In the gym, they’re what turn a good program into real, long-term results.

When you start to pay attention to the details - you move better, you feel the right muscles working, you reduce your risk of injury, and you build strength that actually carries over into real life.

Nat and Brydie are currently in Singapore completing the EXOS Performance Mentorship – Phase 1, diving deeper into what it takes to elevate human performance.

This four-day mentorship introduces the Exos Performance Methodology, used to support some of the world’s top athletes, and provides a strong foundation in applying these principles across all populations, not just elite sport.
