I had a Christmas party with the Massage Land team, and I honestly loved every moment of it. Being together, laughing for no reason, and simply enjoying each other’s company meant a lot to me. Faith was missed, she couldn’t be there as she was celebrating her partner Luke’s birthday and Gillian was also unable to join us as she’s currently enjoying precious time with her little grandchild.

Looking back, it feels good to realise that despite all the challenges I faced in business throughout 2025, I didn’t give up. I stood my ground, kept going, and I truly couldn’t have done it without my incredible team and all our amazing clients who have supported us from day one.

From the moment I arrived in Tamworth, I was welcomed with open arms. From the very first step of starting the business in South Tamworth, to now — five years on — this journey hasn’t been easy. One of the hardest moments was losing my greatest supporter, Eddie. That loss still sits heavy in my heart.

But today, my heart feels warm because of Tamworth. When I first arrived here, Eddie was the only person I knew. Now, when I walk through the streets, I’m no longer a stranger, this place truly feels like home.

I’m incredibly proud of this team.

Yesterday, I lost the biggest supporter of my life.

The person who pushed me to leave Sydney, move to Tamworth, and build a business.
The person who showed me what community truly means.
The person who brought calm when life felt overwhelming — with his jokes, his laughter, and that energetic face that always said,
“Everything will be okay, son.”

Even at 10pm, even when he wasn’t well himself, he never hesitated to help — like the night I hit a kangaroo.
He was positivity, even in pain.
He fought until the last moment, and yesterday, he finally said goodbye.

I know I’ll see him again — somewhere peaceful, somewhere without pain.

He left this world surrounded by love — his family, his friends, and his incredible wife Barbara, who stood beside him through every moment, even when she was unwell herself.
He left behind a home full of memories, a daughter who adored him, and so many people who loved him deeply.

You will always be in my heart — no matter where I am.
Rest in peace.
