Hiring: Disability Support Workers CASUAL POOL

TAMWORTH, ARMIDALE, GUNNEDAH and surrounds

Your Role and Responsibilities, may involve:

- Assisting participants with their NDIS goals and daily activities
- Breaking down everyday tasks and helping them build a consistent routine
- Plan and participate in community-focused activities
- Assist with in-home care
- Transport clients to appointments and outings
- Create an innovative approach to best interact with each participant's individual needs.

Requirements include:

- Experience working with people who have a disability including psychosocial disabilities
- First Aid & CPR
- Adequate communication and verbal skills
- Good writing skills for all mandatory reports and note taking.

Schedule:

• Shift work

Supplemental pay types:

• Penalty rates

Certification:

• First Aid Certification (Required)
• Working with Children Check (Required)
• National Police Certificate (Required)
• Driver License (Required)
• NDIS Orientation & Communication Modules (Required)

Work Authorisation:

• Australia (Required)
