Unfortunately due to the power outage we have had to reduce our services today. Our phones are down. There are no lights or cooling and technology is mostly off line. Our wonderful staff have gone back to pen and paper. Tamworth Urgent Care will close early tonight largely due to the lack of ventilation, but all patients that are there will be seen.

Today we proudly opened the doors to our new practice in Quirindi, following closely on the launch of our Gunnedah clinic on 27 September 2025.

This expansion strengthens our existing service footprint across Tamworth, Calala, Gunnedah and Werris Creek, and reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering equitable, community-led healthcare across rural NSW.

We are excited to bring our team-based model of care to Quirindi and to work in partnership with the local community to improve access, continuity and health outcomes.

Dr Muhammed Aarcher. Dr. Aachar graduated in 2007 from Chandka Medical College in Pakistan. He later earned his MRCGP International qualification from the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2023. Before relocating to Australia, Dr. Aachar gained extensive experience as a General Practitioner in Pakistan, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
He has a particular interest in the management of chronic diseases, mental health concerns, and other common general practice cases. In his free time, Dr. Aachar enjoys reading books, watching movies, and playing cricket.Introducing
