Pro-Active Physiotherapy and Sports Workshop Pro-Active Physiotherapy is a team of dedicated health professionals whose aim is to improve health and quality of life.

Injuries, aches and pains are all by-products of our busy work and play schedules. Our treatment programs aim to restore function to allow for peak performance in any or all of your life ventures. We were established in 1999 and have had the privilege with working with the young and the young at heart, the recreational and the professional athlete. So whatever your stage in life, or your fitness level we can cater for your needs.
