Talking about mental health with kids isn’t always easy—but it’s one of the most important conversations you can have. By being open and honest, we help break stigma, teach our children that seeking help is okay, and guide them to grow into healthy confident & resilient adults. 🌱

Why talk to your kids about feelings?
It helps them process experiences, express emotions, and develop empathy. Modeling positive behavior shows them it’s okay to feel and share.

Tips to get started:
✅ Use simple, straightforward language
✅ Help them identify their emotions
✅ Listen carefully and reassure them
✅ Answer questions honestly—and don’t be afraid to say you’ll find out if you don’t know

We’re proud to be supporting the Northern Nations Football Club as they take part in the National Indigenous Soccer Titles! ⚽🎉

Both the Men’s and Women’s teams made it all the way to the Grand Final – an incredible achievement! While they just missed out on the win, they played their hearts out and represented community, culture and pride every step of the way.

Northern Nations is a club built on family, culture and wellbeing, and we’re pleased to partner with an organisation whose values align so strongly with our own.

The club is now preparing for a Golf Fundraising Day in early 2026, contributing to the $30,000 required each year for their participation in the Titles. We look forward to supporting future initiatives and continuing this meaningful partnership. 🙌
