Hello 👋🏼

I thought it was time to reintroduce myself and share the 𝘸𝘩𝘺 behind KEEN AN WELL.

I’m Jane, welcome if you’re new here, and thank you to those who’ve been supporting this small business along the way. It truly means everything.

𝗞𝗘𝗘𝗡 𝗔𝗡 𝗪𝗘𝗟𝗟 was created to provide a safe, calm, and supportive space where every client is treated as an individual. My goal is for each appointment to feel relaxing, nurturing, and always backed by education and evidence-based care. Being based on our family property adds an extra layer of peace and connection to the experience.

Over the past year, I’ve expanded into Lymphoedema and Lymphatic care, 𝘢 𝘧𝘪𝘦𝘭𝘥 𝘐’𝘮 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘺 𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 and I’m proud to now offer specialised services to our community.

With new services launching in early 2026, I’m excited for what’s ahead.

Twelve months ago, I couldn’t have imagined this, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙄 𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙞𝙩.
Becoming a business owner, creating my own space, and doing work I love each day.

This year I opened my studio, continued my education to better support my clients, and began planning for 2026.

Thank you to everyone who supported and invested in us this year, 𝙞𝙩 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙡𝙮 𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙨 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬. 🫶🏼

We swapped the studio for the back of a gooseneck at White Park, Scone to treat athletes giving it their all.

From bull riders to team ropers, barrel racers, and even supporters, sports massage helped with recovery and performance prep.

Honored to play a part in their week of incredible competition! 💪✨
