DAY 6 - 40km with great company. What a day! Thank you , Hollie Webster and Daniel Nash for putting on an@incredible community day. To the three of you at 100km each it’s a standing ovation. So many people, so many laps and donations above your targets is a a reflection on the people you are and the community/family/friends that embrace your idea and effort. Loved loved loved being involved and keeping you company when I could. Thank you

What a result! Our fabulous podiatrist Tegan has not only played 100 games of rugby for Tamworth Rugby Club but now Captain of the Premiership Ladies Team. 🏉🏆Congratulations Tegan from all of us at Brooke Dalzell Podiatry.🩷👏👏

This past Saturday, I travelled to Katoomba to run the 50km Ultra-Trail Australia.

Training hadn’t been perfect — fewer kilometres than I’d hoped — but improvements in strength and flexibility (thanks to Hollie at Kinetic Lab), new orthotics (thanks to Brooke Dalzell Podiatry), and better nutrition made a real difference. I finished stronger and recovered better than ever before.

On these long runs, I often listen to audiobooks. This quote from Sanderson stuck with me. On the trail, when you're tired and the finish line feels far away, it's not about how you started. It's about the step you're taking right now. And then the next. Always the next.
