Even everyday humidity can affect your hearing aids.

During your clean & check, we use the Redux dryer to safely remove moisture from inside the device helping prevent damage and sound issues. 👂✨

A simple step that makes a big difference.

💛 Team Building Day 💛

Today we stepped out of the clinic and into the Jail Break escape room at with our amazing Business Coach Matt Malouf from Wisdom Consulting Group — and it was TOUGH! (Miss our Phoebe though 😥)

But it did reminded us how strong we are when we work together, stay calm, and support each other through challenges 💪✨ what a great day!

CLINICIAN UPDATE - APPOINTMENT INFORMATION:

We wanted to let our clients know that one of our wonderful clinicians has unfortunately needed to undergo emergency surgery and will be taking the next two weeks to rest and recover, as advised by her medical team.

Her health and wellbeing come first, and we’re grateful that she’s on the road to recovery.

As a result, we’ll need to reschedule some appointments over the next two weeks. Our team will be in touch directly with affected clients to organise a new appointment time as smoothly as possible. While we always do our very best to plan ahead, situations like this are sometimes beyond our control.

We truly appreciate your patience, kindness, and understanding as we support our team member through her recovery. Thank you for your continued support — it means more to us than you know 🤍

✨ Clinic Closure – Friday 6th February ✨
Tomorrow, Friday 6th February, our clinic will be closed as our team takes part in a dedicated staff training and team-building day.

These days are incredibly important to us. They give our team the chance to learn, reflect, and grow together – not just to strengthen our workplace, but to ensure we continue providing the very best care, support, and experience for our clients.

When our team grows, our care improves 💙 And that ultimately means better outcomes, better service, and more time focused on what really matters – you.

We’ll be back to normal on - Monday 9th February - and look forward to seeing you then. Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support.

There’s no such thing as a one-size-fits-all hearing aid. 👂
That’s why understanding the different styles can help you find the right fit.

In-the-Ear (ITE) hearing aids are custom-made to fit your ear and sit partially or completely within the ear canal. Depending on ear shape and size, they’re suitable for people with mild to moderate hearing loss.

ITE hearing aids are a great choice if you:
• Prefer not to have a device sitting behind the ear
• Have a history of minimal wax build-up
• Have good dexterity and vision
• Have a suitably sized and shaped ear canal
• Are open to battery-powered options, as rechargeable models may not be available
• Are comfortable with fewer features, as options like Bluetooth may not be available

With a personalised fit and a simple, self-contained design, ITE hearing aids offer a discreet and straightforward solution.
